This homeowner experienced a busted pipe from their upstairs bathroom. This caused the floor/ceiling to give way and all debris to fall into the level below. After assuring we had dried everything out, we installed a new ceiling and flooring in the kitchen and den area, installed new carpeting and also repainted the walls.
